Which one should I get?
Small: the Graystone 500 is for a desk, an office or a small room (100 LEDs, 19 × 9.1 inches). Medium: the Graystone 1000 is full length and slimmer (200 LEDs, 36 × 9.1 inches). Large: the Graystone 1500 is the premier panel (300 LEDs, 36 × 12 inches) and covers more of the body at once. Panels link together, so you can add another later.
What does each size cost?
The first 100 of each size are Founding panels: $182 for the Graystone 500 (regular $301), $609 for the Graystone 1000 (regular $1,015) and $896 for the Graystone 1500 (regular $1,498). The deposit is about half the founding price.
Are there bundles?
Two, both with the Graystone 1500. Tower Bundle: 2 panels on a tower frame, $1,792, plus the rack. Quad Bundle: 4 panels on a quad rolling frame, $3,584, plus the rack.
Can I order more than one?
Yes, up to 4 of each size in one order. Each panel counts toward the first 100 of its size, and panels link together.
When does my panel ship?
We place the first production order on January 7, 2027. Founders ship by October 7, 2027, sooner if the run fills. If that date moves, we tell you before it passes, with a new date. You then choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before your panel ships, for any reason. Your full deposit comes back to your card within 7 business days.
When is the balance charged?
The other half of the founding price is charged the day your panel ships, not before.
What is the warranty?
3 years. We handle warranty claims for you, so you deal with us, not a factory.
What power does it need?
AC 100–265 V, 50/60 Hz, so a standard US outlet works. Plug it straight into a wall outlet, not a light-duty extension cord.
How long is a session?
Most people use it for 5 to 20 minutes at a time. The built-in timer switches it off for you.
Where can I use it?
At a desk, on a door, a wall, an arm or a stand, in a bedroom, dressing area or home gym. Keep it out of wet areas: do not use it in a shower or near standing water.
Is it safe for my eyes?
The panel is very bright, and near-infrared light is invisible. Do not stare into the LEDs. Wear the protective glasses in the box for face sessions and whenever the blue and green channels are on, or close your eyes and keep sessions short.
Who should talk to a doctor first?
Anyone who is pregnant, has a light-sensitive condition, epilepsy or a seizure history, an eye condition, or takes medicine that makes them sensitive to light. Children should only use it with an adult.
Is it FDA cleared?
No. The Graystone is a general wellness device. It is not FDA cleared or approved for any medical use and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Is this for clinics too?
Clinics and practices have their own line, with delivery, installation and staff training: ARK Red Light. Many practices start with the four-panel station.
